Texas Young Masters is a prestigious grant awarded to only 15 students across the entire state of Texas every two years. I was honored to be selected as a 2024 Texas Young Master in theatre for my commitment to the performing arts. With the support of the grant, I attended the Circle in the Square Summer Theatre Intensive in New York City, where I trained with Broadway professionals. Now, thanks to the continued support of the grant, I’m preparing to attend the Summer Intensive at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

The Joci Awards is one of the largest and most prestigious scholarship competitions for high school performing artists in the country. I was proud to be a finalist in the acting category for three consecutive years and won said category twice. In 2025, I was named the Overall Scholarship Winner and awarded $16,000 to support my arts education.

The Palm Awards recognize outstanding achievement in high school theatre across South Texas, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of such a supportive and inspiring community. Over the past few years, I’ve received eight nominations, making me the most nominated actor in Palm Awards history. I was honored to be named Best Lead Actress in a Play in both 2023 and 2024, as well as Best Lead Actress in a Musical in 2025.

In 2024, I was named a YoungArts Winner in Theatre, chosen from thousands of applicants nationwide. YoungArts selects about 150 winners each year across all disciplines, recognizing the most promising young artists in the country. This honor has given me access to valuable mentorship, professional development, and performance opportunities

Through interp, I’ve developed strong storytelling and performance skills in a competitive environment. I was named the NSDA Gulf Coast District Student of the Year in 2025 and have been a three-time national finalist and four-time national qualifier at the NSDA National Tournament. In 2025, I won the Texas Forensic Association (TFA) State Championship in Dramatic Interpretation, Program Oral Interpretation, and overall performer. I also earned 1st place in NSDA Duo Interpretation in 2022 and TFA State Duo Interpretation in 2023. Additionally, I was recognized as TFA State Top Individual Speaker, NIETOC Dramatic Interpretation Champion, Program Oral Champion, and Perfect Performer in 2025.
